False Promises and Data Overages at Vodafone

I am a Vodafone customer, and a customer service rep offered me an upgrade from my 30GB Red plan to a 40GB plan for 200 TL, saying that my social media use (YouTube.com, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) would not count toward my data limit. I took them at their word and took the offer. But in the first month, I used up all of my data quickly and went over my limit. When I called the customer service number again, they said I couldn't get an exemption for social media because my data was also being used there. To make things even worse, they charged an outrageous 180 TL cancellation fee. In these hard economic times, it's terrible that even big companies have to use dishonest methods. I want this problem to be fixed right away, or I will go to court. If Vodafone is recording what we say, I also have proof. This lying has to stop!
