Since last year, Vodafone has been raising the price of my "high" package while making it less good. I used to pay 130 TL for a package with 30 GB of data, but in July of last year, they switched me to a package that wasn't reliable and said I didn't have internet. Since October, this 25 GB package, which costs 155 TL with taxes, has cost me between 350 and 400 TL. The constant lies about the package not being downgraded are annoying, but what bothers me the most is that when I try to explain what's going on, the customer service reps either don't listen or hang up on me. Instead of helping me, they treat me like an idiot and try to get money from me. This is an attack on my honor, and I am ready to go to court against them. The first thing I'll do tomorrow will be to deal with this problem. Also, they say that a mysterious ''radio tax fee" is included, which brings the total to 164 TL. They keep raising prices within the package agreement, so it's clear that they are the ones in charge. It's not our fault; it's theirs.
