Vodafone Help Desk Agent Misinformed Me to Continue My Contract

I called Vodafone customer service on November 18 at 12:30 p.m. on a Saturday to talk about a problem. I was moved to the cancellations department and talked to a person named M******. During our conversation, the supervisor, E*******l, promised that they would fix my problem and extend my tariff for another 24 months at a good rate to make sure I was happy. I said yes to the offer. But I asked directly about the specifics of my plan, including whether services like Video Pass would continue, among other things. M***** told me that everything about my current package would stay the same, even Video Pass. About 10 days later, I was disappointed to find that my 18.9 GB internet allowance had been used up. When I checked the Vodafone app, I saw that Video Pass was no longer active, which meant that all of my internet use on YouTube.com was taken away from my regular allowance When I called customer service, they told me I couldn't go back to my old package and that I would have to pay an extra 119 TL on top of my current package to get the Video Pass service again. At this point, I'm not sure whether to be sad about losing my 18.9 GB of internet or the good features that came with my package. It's disappointing that this kind of problem can't be fixed within Vodafone's large network.
