Vodafone's Price Hikes, Broken Promises, and Hidden Charges


On October 22, 2023, at 9:06 AM, I called customer service to switch my plan to a prepaid line. They offered a suitable plan for 204 TL, which I accepted. However, two hours later, I noticed the message didn't arrive. I called again at 11:34 AM, informing them about the missing message. They assured me it could take up to 24 hours and everything was fine. Yet, on October 27, 2023, at 10:31 AM, I called again and was told my tariff was $614. I got no explanation for why. It's incredibly disappointing. I've been a Vodafone user for years, but this is unacceptable. I'm canceling all my contracts.
