Vodafone's Unwarranted Charges

I've used Vodafone for a long time and have 3 postpaid lines. But this month, without my permission, Vodafone added an internet package to my account for no clear reason. When I tried to get out of it, they told me I would have to pay a fee. Because of a mistake made by Vodafone, an 182 TL cancellation fee was charged to my account. I want a refund. If not, I'll switch my three postpaid numbers, whose contracts are about to end, to a different provider. Because of this situation, I'm angry and upset with Vodafone's customer service. It's important that they quickly fix their mistake and give back the money that was taken without permission. If not, I'll take my business somewhere else.
