Betpark Unfairly Deleted My Winnings Over False IP Conflict Accusation

I used Betpark’s daily login bonus and managed to turn a ₺10 bonus into ₺1,200 through legitimate gameplay. When I asked about any withdrawal limits beforehand, support told me there were none. However, once I placed a withdrawal request, they suddenly claimed there was an “IP conflict” and deleted my entire balance.

I live alone. No one else uses my internet. Still, their support insisted someone else accessed my account from the same IP, which is simply not true. I asked for the IP history so I could provide my own and compare, but they ignored my request. They kept repeating the same message: “The risk department has reviewed and made a final decision.”

Then, in an even more infuriating turn, they told me I could recover my winnings only if I made a new deposit. So they erased my earnings and dangled them in front of me, trying to get more money out of me. This is manipulative and dishonest behavior. Betpark is playing with users' hope and money. I demand my ₺1,200 winnings to be reinstated immediately.
