Yemeksepeti Promotion Led to an Unexpected Yeclup Subscription Fee

On 19 June 2026 at around 23:04, I encountered the Yeclub service via the Yemeksepeti application. The service was displayed on the screen as a free subscription, so I proceeded to sign up. Despite the fact that the screen clearly showed it as free at every step, after entering my card details I noticed that 149.99 TL had been charged from my Ziraat Bank debit card without my awareness. When I wanted to contact Yeclub about this issue, I could not find any live support or phone number. Only an e‑mail address was visible, so I am unable to reach a representative quickly and explain the situation. I do not accept that money has been taken from my card for a subscription that appears to be free and without my clear and explicit approval. I request that the amount of 149.99 TL withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank debit card on 19 June 2026 at 23:04 be refunded to me as soon as possible and that the necessary investigation be carried out regarding this transaction. I also request to be informed in writing about the result of this process.
