Pocket Option Locked My Account and Withheld My Funds Without Explanation

I had a problem with my Pocket Option account after I requested a withdrawal of my funds. I submitted a withdrawal request, and then I was asked to upload and verify my documents. I uploaded the required documents, but after that the upload failed. I then deleted the application from my phone and reinstalled it, and since that moment I have not been able to access my account again. Every time I try to log in, I receive a message that my account has been blocked. This problem occurred on 19/06/2026, and since then my Pocket Option account has remained blocked without any clear explanation. I currently have an amount of 630 Egyptian pounds stuck in this blocked account, and I am unable to withdraw or use it in any way. I tried to contact Pocket Option support to ask about the reason for the account block and to request a solution, but I did not receive any response at all. I find it unacceptable that my account is blocked and my balance is frozen without explanation and without any support response. I kindly request that my issue be urgently reviewed, that the block on my account be removed or at least that my documents be properly reviewed, and that the amount of 630 Egyptian pounds in my account be returned to me as soon as possible.
