Reface AI Keeps Charging Me Through Apple but Shows No Active Subscription

I am being charged for a Reface AI subscription on my iOS Apple subscriptions, but the app does not recognize or show any active subscription for me. The problem started around June 15, 2026 and is still continuing. There is no Reface app currently on my device, yet I continue to see a recurring charge of 19.99 on my Apple subscriptions. Inside my Apple ID subscriptions section I can see that Reface AI is being billed, but I cannot manage the subscription properly through the app since it is not installed and is not appearing. I have also tried steps such as checking my subscriptions and restoring purchases, but I still cannot use any paid features or see a valid subscription in the app. Because of this, I am paying for a service I cannot use. I request that my Reface AI subscription via Apple be completely cancelled and that I receive a full refund for the charges that have been taken during the period in which I could not use the subscription.
