I mentioned that it came with a free headphone gift, but they told me there was no such offer — even though there actually was. I double-checked the campaign details on your official website before going to the store. It clearly stated that the headphone gift was part of the promotion. Why didn’t they give it to me? I saw online that the promotion included free headphones, and I even said so at the store, but they insisted there was no such gift. I felt really bad and extremely disappointed. This experience was far from satisfying — I paid good money and ended up feeling mistreated. I kindly request that this issue be resolved and that the gift I was promised is delivered.
