On February 10, 2024, I made a purchase from Vivense for the 'Marmo Kitchen Table, Glossy White Marble, 60x100' with order number 368006847821. Even after waiting for 16 days for the delivery, the company tried to cancel the order and assured a refund within 14 business days. I inquired about the delay in receiving the product and the reason behind the 16-day hold on my payment. I do not accept the excuse of 'unable to procure' for an item that was sold, and I demand delivery of my product. I want to emphasize that I will explore all legal avenues at my disposal.
