Vivense Sent Wrong Spare Part for Latre 4 Door Wardrobe


I purchased a Latre 4-door mirrored wardrobe from Vivense’s website in October 2025, and I requested an after-sales spare part support for the left upright of this wardrobe. However, instead of the part I requested, Vivense sent me the middle left upright of the Yaman 3-door wardrobe. The correct part for my Latre 4-door mirrored wardrobe was not sent. Regarding this issue, since 1 April I have been trying to reach Vivense customer services via both phone and WhatsApp line, but I have not received any real assistance and the problem has still not been resolved. My order number for this purchase is A09308635283. I urgently request that the correct part, namely the left upright of the Latre 4-door mirrored wardrobe, be sent to me without any further delay and the mistake in the spare part support be rectified as soon as possible.
