On 14 January, I placed an order for a bed set including base, headboard and mattress via Vivense. My order number is E69808571560. The estimated delivery date for my order was changed three times, and I was finally informed that it would be delivered on 17 February. However, today is 28 February and the product has still not been delivered to me. During this period, I contacted Vivense customer service many times. In two different calls, I was told that the production of the product was completed and that it would be shipped as soon as possible. In my most recent call today, I was informed that the product would be delivered within 7 days. They keep postponing the delivery date and, as a result, I will end up waiting about two months for a bed I ordered. Because of the constantly changing dates and unfulfilled delivery promises, I have been seriously aggrieved. Due to this whole process, my trust in Vivense has been completely damaged. I no longer intend to shop from this company again and I would like to state that I will not recommend it to anyone around me. I request that the bed set I ordered be delivered to me as soon as possible, without any further delay.
