Vivense Furniture Defect & Bad Customer Service Complaint

I'm disappointed to report that the RN3-1434 Gabon dining table, chairs, and RN3-1441 Gabon sofa set I purchased from Vivense arrived with defects. The sofa was sat on only once, and the lining inside gathered up; it was impossible to open and fix. The pillows are filled with stitching errors, two chairs have detached legs, and our table arrived with a wet cloth stain covering the entire surface. A service request was opened, and upon inspection, the technician said the sofa needed replacement. However, we haven't received confirmation if it's approved. They only came to inspect a month after my initial complaint, making the process lengthy. On 21.12.2023, they brought the table's top, but it was in worse condition than my current table. They resent the same faulty product without even checking the reason for my complaint. I had to take time off work each time, and my issue remains unresolved. I'm not satisfied with a single product from Vivense. I regret my first and last purchase. The only positive aspect was Kübra Hanım, who tried to assist via email, although she's not responsible for the product defects. Apart from that, I'm not satisfied with anything. The process has dragged on. I'm still dealing with products I purchased in July, and I have no idea how much longer it will take. Why do you send customer satisfaction surveys if you don't value your customers' feedback? It's evident you've seen my complaints. Since the products are so flawed, you should reconsider your operations. I request that this situation be rectified promptly. I will escalate my complaints to the appropriate authorities.
