Vivense Iwata Couch Defective Workmanship!

I ordered a sofa set "Iwata" from Vivense in October 2022, it was delivered in November 2022, and now, in August 2023, I am facing a significant issue - the couch is defective. The couch should have a 2-year warranty, as indicated on your website. However, I have found that the seat rails under the couch were poorly assembled. They are crooked and only attached with 3-4 electric staples. Furthermore, small plywood blocks were attached under each rail, three of which are also crooked and fixed with only a few electric staples. This is a blatant violation of your quality standards and has caused significant inconvenience and frustration on my part. After I reported these defects, I received a troubling response from customer service, stating that I am allegedly outside the warranty period. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable to me, as the defects are obviously due to manufacturing errors and not due to improper use on my part. So far, no agreement has been reached, and I still have a defective sofa set. I appeal to your customer service department to seriously review this matter and find a solution to my problem in accordance with your stated warranty terms.
