Vivense Corner Sofa Fabric Damage And Repair Demand Under Warranty
I purchased a corner sofa from Vivense in September 2024. Less than a month after the product was delivered, the fabric began to tear and pill. Experiencing such an issue so quickly with a brand-new item both surprised me and caused significant inconvenience. After filing a complaint, I contacted Vivense, and the sofa was picked up from my home and taken to the warehouse for repair. For about a month and a half, I was told that the product was being repaired and would be delivered back to me as soon as the process was completed. However, today I received a message stating that—despite my warranty being valid—the issue was considered user error, and I would need to pay ₺7,000 for the repair. Being left without a sofa for such a long time and then being asked to pay for a repair on a product still under warranty is unacceptable. I request that this corner sofa, which is still within its warranty period, be replaced with a defect-free product, or if that is not possible, repaired without any charge. I ask that this situation be resolved quickly and fairly.
