Vivense Charged Me Twice for a Wardrobe and Delayed Assembly for Over a Week

Not only Vivense has charged us twice for one gardobe, but it took weeks to get the money back. After having it delivered, we did not get any info about the assembly of the furniture. The telephone is rarely answered, so we had to go to the store to ask when will they come to install it. They said within 3 days. 3 days have passed, they did not come. We had to go to the store again to ask what is going on, and they said we have to wait another 2 days. If we are not going in, we are again not notified. Horrible attitude in the store, horrible customer service. If I knew this company is so amateur and careless, I would never do business with them.
