Vivense Hasn’t Responded to Me for 27 Days After My Purchase Despite Many Attempts

It's been 27 days and I have yet to receive an answer from Vivense. Their post-sales service has been an utter disappointment. If you want to spend money, be ignored, and have your calls blocked, here is the place. Over the course of three months, I called and wrote to them approximately 100 times, and they never responded. They made unfulfilled promises and demonstrated stunning disregard. Throughout this procedure, I witnessed an astounding lack of care and duty. Vivense appears to have written the book on how not to follow through on post-sales pledges.
