Vivense Defective Order - Replacement Delayed Four Months

On September 28, 2025, I purchased an Essen table and chair set from Vivense, order number 9CD207463740. My order was delivered on October 25th, and four of the chairs were defective. The installation team reported this the same day. I sent images and videos demonstrating the defective product and manufacturing defects to the Vivense after-sales support team, both through my order page and to [email protected]. I also explained the problem and submitted my request numerous times through WhatsApp, support forms, and the parts request section. Each time, they asked me to resubmit the same information, photos, and videos. They converted my order into a separate order listing each chair, and my support requests were deleted from the system. I contacted customer service numerous times by phone, but they said they couldn't see my request and kept directing me to WhatsApp and support. Despite requesting a call back in every conversation, I never received one; I always had to reach out myself. The installation team was both late and unfriendly. The product is under a two-year warranty, and both I and the installation team informed Vivense that it was defective on the day of delivery. Four of the six products were defective, and one product has still not been delivered. I have repeatedly requested a refund and cancellation of the defective chairs, but Vivense has offered no solution and has repeatedly restarted the process. I paid ₺24,705.01 for this product, and I have been humiliated and disgraced. I demand that Vivense immediately address this issue and grant my refund.
