VivaVideo Charged Me Without Asking
On August 12, 2024, at 3:52 p.m., a yearly VIP subscription was activated on the VivaVideo app without my consent, and $55 was charged to my account. I use the app through the App Store with the email address g*************@icloud.com**. I just discovered this charge and want to clarify that I never approved or confirmed any subscription.
So far, I have not contacted VivaVideo customer service or App Store support. I request that the charged amount be refunded to me as soon as possible. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue.
