VivaVideo Charged $55 Without Permission — How to Get a Refund

I was using the VivaVideo app on my iPhone 13 under the username “Sevcin.” In October 2025, a $55 annual subscription fee was charged to my account through the App Store without my knowledge or consent. I had no idea that the app would automatically convert to a paid membership after the trial period or that such a high amount would be withdrawn.

I tried contacting customer service, but I never received a response. I am requesting a full refund of the charged amount and expect an urgent resolution to this issue.
