VivaVideo Charged $55 Without Warning — How to Get an App Store Refund

I was using the VivaVideo app on my iPhone 11, and on October 1, 2025, a charge of $55 was withdrawn from my account through the App Store as a yearly subscription fee, without my knowledge or consent. I did not receive any notification or reminder that the free trial would automatically convert into a paid plan or that such a high amount would be charged.

I tried contacting customer service, but I have not received any response. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I am requesting a refund of the charged amount. I expect an urgent resolution to this matter.
