Unauthorized Charges From Viva Joy

I have recently discovered that Viva Joy has been charging me weekly for a service I never knowingly signed up for, and I never gave my explicit consent to these recurring payments. These withdrawals have been going on for months without my noticing earlier. The payments are being taken from my account at Bay Area Credit Union as recurring weekly charges in the name of Viva Joy. I do not recall ever authorizing a subscription or any ongoing service with Viva Joy, and I have not received any clear information, confirmation, or contract from them that would justify these repeated debits. When I realized the situation, I tried to contact Viva Joy to get an explanation and to stop the charges, but I never received any response. This lack of communication and transparency is very worrying, especially because these charges have continued for such a long period. I request that all unauthorized weekly charges be refunded for the entire period they were taken and that any subscription or recurring payment profile in my name with Viva Joy be immediately cancelled so that no further money is withdrawn from my account. I also ask for a clear written explanation of how my payment details were obtained and on what basis these recurring charges were initiated, as I do not consider I have given valid consent for them.
