Vibeshort Unlawful Deductions
I have a serious problem with an unwanted Vibeshort subscription that has been charging my Visa card without my consent and without me using the service. Since around August, small amounts have been taken from my account as subscription payments. From the transactions I have noticed so far, my approximate total loss is about 30 USD, including repeated 4.99 USD charges as shown in the transaction notifications. I have tried to cancel this subscription but I am not managing to do it and I cannot stop these payments from the Vibeshort side. Despite not using the service at all, the charges keep occurring, which I find unfair and unlawful. I request that Vibeshort immediately cancel my subscription, stop any further charges to my Visa card and refund all amounts that have been taken from my account without my authorization.
