I Get Charged Repeatedly by PK XD Without Subscription or Authorization on My Card

I have been charged by PK XD four times in a row without ever subscribing or authorizing any payments. I do not have an active subscription with them, nor did I consent to any kind of recurring payment. Yet, somehow, my card has been charged multiple times without my knowledge or approval. This is deeply concerning and unacceptable.

I’ve checked all my app settings and email confirmations, and there is absolutely no record of a subscription tied to my account. Despite this, my card keeps getting debited. I have not been able to find a clear way to stop these unauthorized charges from within the app or website, and I’ve received no assistance so far.

I am requesting an immediate and full refund for the charges made without my consent. I also demand that any further unauthorized billing attempts be stopped permanently. Please take this seriously and resolve this issue as soon as possible to prevent further unauthorized charges.
