Vibeshort Unauthorized Recurring Charges – Request To Cancel Subscription And Refund

I have recently discovered that money is being deducted from my bank account in favour of Vibeshort / Vibeshort 92881 Corona without my knowledge or permission. I did not knowingly subscribe to any service of this company, and I have never given my consent for recurring payments. According to my bank statements, several payments have been taken from my account, including transfers such as 17.87 EUR and 18.27 EUR, and another transaction of 1.79 EUR on 28.09.2026 to Vibeshort 92881 Corona. All of these payments are unauthorized for me and I consider them illegal charges. I request that this subscription or any recurring payment linked to Vibeshort be immediately cancelled, that no further deductions be made from my account, and that all unlawfully taken amounts be fully refunded to me as soon as possible. I also kindly ask for written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that a refund will be processed. If needed, I can provide screenshots of my bank transactions showing these unauthorized payments.
