Odamax.com Booked the Wrong Room and Refuses Refund

I booked a vacation through odamax.com on February 17, 2024, for the Kurban Bayramı holiday, assuming they were reliable... based on a good experience last year. However, I was wrong. I specifically paid extra for a sea-view room instead of the partial sea-view option. When I arrived at the hotel, I d
