Unable to Cancel Odamax Reservation for Uninhabitable Hotel Room
I booked a stay through Odamax.com for December 25 to January 1 but decided to cancel after arriving at the hotel. The room we were shown was nothing like the photos—poorly maintained, in the basement, and had a strong unpleasant odor. My spouse, who has asthma, was severely affected by the conditions.
Despite explaining that we couldn’t stay due to these issues, no assistance was provided, and the cancellation wasn’t processed. We left without staying at the hotel. This experience was incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. I request Odamax to process the cancellation and refund my reservation immediately. Customers deserve transparency and proper support when dealing with such situations.
