Odamax.com Booked the Wrong Room and Refuses Refund

I booked a vacation through odamax.com on February 17, 2024, for the Kurban Bayramı holiday, assuming they were reliable based on a good experience last year. However, I was wrong. I specifically paid extra for a sea-view room instead of the partial sea-view option.
When I arrived at the hotel, I discovered that odamax.com had communicated the booking as a partial sea-view room. I immediately contacted the company, and they first blamed the hotel. Later, they claimed I had switched rooms because I didn’t like the original one. The hotel staff confirmed that the error was entirely on odamax.com’s side.
The company eventually offered a coupon, but if they weren’t at fault, why issue a coupon? I stayed in a lower-category room for 5 days and demand a refund for the price difference. I refuse to accept any coupons. Evidence supporting my claim is attached. Please resolve this issue promptly.
