Tatilox Failed to Provide Basic Reservation Details and Caused Chaos
On July 14, 2025, I made a reservation at Bulut Doğa Evleri, but the name of the property was not disclosed to me in advance. No contact phone number was shared either. They said “we’ll send the location,” but the location they sent was completely unrelated, showing a place in the middle of the mountains. After wandering around for two hours, I somehow managed to reach Bulut Doğa Evleri and get in touch.
Fortunately, the staff at Bulut Doğa Evleri acted responsibly and helped us get from where we were to their property. My point is that a company like Tatilox, which does not take its responsibilities seriously, is damaging the reputation of this beautiful place. The company is definitely not trustworthy, because it fails to take responsibility for its own work.
