Viomi S9 Robot Vacuum Always Faults
Ever since I almost bought the Viomi robot vacuum, it has been a source of frustration. The robot vacuum, breaking down almost every month, has been sent for warranty repairs over five times in a mere 1.5 years. Despite these efforts, it returns unchanged, continuously plagued with errors. I've requested a refund or replacement, but the company refuses, even neglecting to fix the broken parts due to their own faults. The vacuum's map constantly shifts, causing it to invade areas it shouldn't and damaging my belongings. Despite being fully charged, it shuts down midway through cleaning, failing to return to its charging station. It won't even charge by itself, forcing me to manually bring it to the charger. Due to map issues, it broke the mop function, rendering it useless. The vacuum's intrusion into virtual walls led to scratches on my furniture. Despite filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board, the company remains indifferent and unhelpful. I strongly advise against trusting this brand. We've tried reaching out to G****, the marketing manager, with no response. Although he promised a replacement, nothing has materialized. The claim of changing the mainboard resulted in the vacuum malfunctioning again just two weeks later.
