Freecash ID Verification Photo Button Missing on Android Chrome

I am having an ongoing problem with ID verification on Freecash that is preventing me from using my account as intended. Once my balance passed the £20 threshold needed to cash out, I was asked to verify my identity. However, when I am directed to the page that shows the photo frame and instructions to “Take a photo of your document’s photo page” there is no visible option or button to actually capture or upload the photo. I am using an Android Samsung phone with the Google Chrome browser. I have tried multiple times to complete the ID verification after reaching the £20 cash-out requirement, but every time I am brought to the same screen with the frame and accepted document list, without any way to take or submit the picture. Because of this, I am unable to complete verification and cannot properly use the cash-out feature. I request that my ID be manually verified by your team so that my account can be fully verified and I will be able to cash out without issues when I choose to do so. I also kindly ask you to check and fix the ID capture interface for my account or device, as it clearly does not show the necessary option to proceed. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so I can access my balance normally.
