I own a Viomi A11 cordless vacuum, and for weeks I have been trying to find a replacement filter for it. Unfortunately, I cannot find any supplier or authorized contact who can provide this basic spare part. I was most recently directed to a company called Evofone, but despite repeatedly emailing them, they keep telling me they do not have the part in stock.
This raises a serious question: why manufacture and sell a vacuum cleaner if replacement parts cannot be supplied to customers? A filter is an essential consumable component for any vacuum, and without it, the device cannot function properly. Yet Viomi offers no clear solution, leaving customers with a useless product after normal use.
I demand that Viomi immediately make the A11 filter available and provide a proper spare parts supply chain for this model. Consumers should not be forced to abandon an expensive appliance simply because the manufacturer refuses to provide essential parts.
If a company is going to sell products like the Viomi A11, it must also take responsibility for ensuring long-term maintenance and customer support. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently.
