Vinted Gave Sellers Weeks But I Had Only Two Days to Act
I ordered something from Vinted over a month ago, and the delivery date has been pushed back several times without any updates or explanations. What really bothers me is that Vinted provides merchants what seems like infinite grace periods—up to six weeks or more—for an item to get there. But as a buyer, I only have two days to say that something is missing once the delivery window finishes. Two days? Are you kidding? So I have to check on the app every day in case something goes wrong, but they keep pushing back seller deadlines like it's no big deal. It's crazy. The software is so badly built that it's almost impossible to keep track of anything, which makes things even worse. I'm so angry that the whole system is so uneven and hard to utilize.
