The BJ’s Wholesale Club app is really quite chaotic. Pages frequently freeze, partially load, or fail to load completely, and item descriptions and photos are often absent. Logging in takes forever, with that red check mark glaring at me for what feels like an eternity. Honestly, it's hard to believe that a shopping app can perform so poorly while A.I. is achieving remarkable advancements in other areas. I simply want to enjoy shopping without the app freezing or having issues all the time. It's surprising that a large company such as BJ's hasn't prioritized creating a more seamless and dependable app experience. It's incredibly annoying, and it really makes me want to give up on it completely. They really need to take action and resolve this situation!
