Vinted Marked My Damaged Order As Completed Without Help
I sold and shipped an item through Vinted, but it got damaged during delivery. The buyer told Vinted about the damage right away and even sent them pictures through the correct methods. But three days later, I saw that the order had been listed as finished, which was not what either of us wanted. When I called customer service, they said the buyer never said anything, but I have proof that they did. I asked for the problem to be taken to a higher level, and since then, no one has talked to me. It's very annoying. Vinted is great when everything goes well, but as soon as something goes wrong, they vanish. No one is responsible, and no one is getting the treatment they need. Just silence. I'm really let down. I won't use them again if this is how they deal with problems.
