I Sold a Branded Dress On Vinted and They Still Held My Money

I sold a dress with a brand name on Vinted, and everything appeared normal until the buyer suddenly asked if it was real. Vinted halted the transaction and kept my money without even asking me beforehand. Right once, I submitted the original receipt from the store and included pictures of the tags and packing to show that the item was real. A few days later, the buyer sent me a message saying they had taken the dress to a store and confirmed that it was real. They even mentioned they got in touch with Vinted to sort things out. Even with all of this, I've been trapped in limbo for almost a week, and now I'm being told that my money won't be released. The customer support at Vinted is robotic, useless, and totally out of touch. Not again.
