I’ve been trying to purchase pets on Starpets, but the system is broken and incredibly frustrating. The seller has to accept a friend request before the transaction can go through—but they’re not accepting it, which means my ₺ was completely wasted. I’ve tried multiple times, and it’s the same issue every time.
What’s the point of listing pets for sale if buyers can’t complete their purchases? There should be a system in place to protect buyers from this kind of situation—either automatically approve trades or return the money if the seller doesn’t respond within a certain time.
This has been going on too long, and it’s seriously ruining the experience. I’m sick of losing time and money over something so simple that could easily be fixed with better platform design.
Starpets, fix your pet purchasing system now. Either force sellers to respond or refund us when they don’t. This is beyond annoying—it’s unfair.
