Vileda Turbo Microfibre Mop Defect

My Vileda Turbo Pedal Cleaning Set pedal stopped working, and I was hoping you could help. After contacting them via email, I was told to return the item along with the original invoice. I complied with their request and used the designated shipping firm. It's been two weeks and I still haven't heard anything. No one at customer service answered the phone when I called. It is my sincere desire that my product is repaired and returned to me without further delay and that my concerns regarding the unfairness of my treatment be addressed.
