The Vileda Turbo Mop product, which I purchased with a 2-year warranty and a huge difference from its equivalents on the market, became unusable after its handle broke before the warranty expired. I made a request to customer service for the replacement of the broken product before its warranty expired. Without requesting the product, with an automated response, they sent me the marketplace addresses where I could purchase the product, instead of replacing the spare parts. Like a joke. If you write a 2-year warranty on the box of a product and provide documentation for this, this is valid for every part inside the product. As long as I do not use the product for purposes other than its intended use, you cannot blame me for user error. I have been using the same product in my summer house for 5 years without any problems. If it is not broken but this new product I bought is broken, there is a manufacturing defect!! You cannot make me pay for the difference you make in terms of material quality, I do not accept it! I have not yet lost my mental faculties enough to do anything other than cleaning with a cleaning stick. I urgently request that the broken part of the product be sent to my address, otherwise I hereby inform you that I will exercise all my legal rights pursuant to the Consumer Protection Law!
