Vileda Turbo Pedal Issue Prevents Mop Wringing and Warranty Support Lacking
I purchased the Vileda Turbo, but the product hasn’t worked properly since day one, as the mop does not spin when wringing. I even replaced the handle, thinking it might solve the issue, but the problem clearly stems from the pedal mechanism. I feel let down because I paid a significant amount for this product, expecting quality and reliability. On top of that, the product was advertised as having a two-year warranty, but now that I need assistance, I cannot locate my receipt, and I’m left without any support. It’s frustrating to be in this situation with a product that was supposed to make life easier. I hope Vileda addresses this issue and provides a solution despite the missing receipt.
