Vileda Spin Ultra First Use - Poor Quality and Unavailable Replacement Parts
I had high hopes for the Vileda Spin Ultra mop, but my excitement turned to disappointment during its very first use. The handle cracked at its connection point, leaving me with a broken tool, what am I going to do with this now? throw it away?? To my surprise, I couldn't find a replacement part or even the handle itself anywhere. It's disheartening to experience such a letdown. While I reluctantly accepted the subpar quality of the product, it's frustrating that I can't even source the necessary part to fix it.
