Vileda Spino Ultra Handle Broke on First Use

To my dismay, the handle of the new Vileda Spino Ultra mop that I purchased yesterday snapped off during the first use. We chose the Vileda brand because of its reputation for high quality, but I was wrong from the start. Despite the fact that we did not choose the cheapest option, the handle broke after only a day of use. I tried to explain the situation to the store where I bought it, but they insisted that it was my fault and refused to take any action. I demand a refund or that the item be replaced with one that has a new and sturdy handle. I respectfully request that my complaint be addressed as soon as possible and that I be provided with a replacement handle.
