We purchased our LG brand LG50QNED7S6QA 50" 127 cm QNED television on April 11, 2023. Today, while watching TV, green colors and lines suddenly appeared on the screen. I immediately called LG customer service, and they told me the device is no longer under warranty because it has been more than two years. Today is June 22, 2025—just about 40 days after the warranty expired—and now the TV is malfunctioning. How is this acceptable? We paid a significant amount of money thinking we were buying a quality product that would last for years. Now they will charge both for the service visit and, if the issue is with the panel, for the panel replacement as well. I’m requesting that my issue be addressed and resolved—if anyone even bothers to get back to me. I didn’t buy this TV to use it for only two years. It’s hard to believe this is a coincidence, that the device fails right after the warranty ends. Please try to put yourselves in my shoes. It’s unfair, considering the amount we paid. I urge LG to stand behind its products.
