I bought a Dyson V8 vacuum cleaner approximately a year and a half ago. The device malfunctioned on November 20, 2023, and I've been waiting for repairs for approximately three months. Once a sale has been made, this company becomes unresponsive. Customer care informed me that they would resolve the issue and that I would have the appropriate part by January. However, three months beyond the warranty expiration date, and with my warranty slated to expire in June, my product remains unrepaired, and the part has not come.
Given this situation, I'm thinking of getting legal assistance and submitting a complaint with Consumer Rights. It is unacceptable to refuse to repair warranted goods, not acknowledge receipt of the product, and fail to provide the essential part. In contrast, Philips is far more dependable and customer-focused. This company has issues with client happiness, part provision, and attentiveness.
