Vichy Dercos Shampoo Order Was Canceled by Trendyol After Shipping Damage
On September 19, 2025, I ordered Vichy Dercos Anti-Dandruff Hair Care Shampoo for Dry Hair, Refill Pack 390 ml from Trendyol (Order No: 10517187548). My order was canceled with a message stating, "Your shipment with the delivery number was damaged in transit, so the return process has been initiated." When I contacted Trendyol customer service, they informed me that the product was damaged in shipping, so an exchange is not possible. However, I would like to return the same product. I have received a refund, but I request that the product be reshipped. My order's delivery address is Nevşehir, and this is the first time I've encountered this type of issue. I request that Trendyol resolve my grievance by reshipping the product.
