Trendyol Canceled My Dishwashing Detergent Order Without Notice

On November 1, 2025, I ordered a 5-liter Tetik dishwashing detergent from Trendyol (Order No: 10634302243). However, my order was canceled without any explanation. The product was supposed to be delivered to my address. When I contacted Trendyol customer service about the issue, no assistance was provided, and my grievance was not resolved. I have never experienced such a problem before. I request either the reinstatement of my 20% discount coupon used for this order or that the product be sent to me again. I kindly ask for a prompt resolution of my issue.

Your order was fully prepared by our store on 01.11.2025 and handed over to Trendyol’s contracted carrier. However, due to an operational issue during the shipment process, the carrier could not dispatch the parcel, and this resulted in an automatic cancellation through the system, which was outside of our store’s control. The cancellation was not caused by our store. After the cancellation: - The product price will be refunded to you using the payment method you used, in accordance with Trendyol’s procedures, within a maximum of 3–5 business days. - The 20% discount coupon used in your order will be automatically reinstated to your account once the cancellation is completed. If the coupon does not appear in your account, Trendyol customer service will perform the necessary technical action. To mitigate your inconvenience, if you request: - You can be guided to place a new order for the same product based on current stock availability, - Alternatively, you can receive support to open a case with Trendyol regarding any issues that may arise when using the coupon.
