I Can’t Upload Documents on VFS Global UK Site After Booking My Appointment

I scheduled my UK visa appointment through the VFS Global UK site in advance, but now I’m unable to upload the required documents. This is a critical step in the process, and the system simply doesn’t work. There’s no update, no estimated fix time, and no proper communication channel to get help.

We’ve been calling the contact numbers listed, but no one seems to provide a real solution. For a service handling something as important as visa applications, this lack of preparation and system failure is completely unacceptable. Why wasn’t the platform tested and properly set up before making appointments available?

Many people, including myself, are now stuck with confirmed appointments and no way to complete our applications. This delay is putting travel plans, work, and legal timelines at risk.
