VFS Global Session Expired or Invalid Error Blocks My Visa Appointment

June 15 4:36 PM9

I am trying to schedule short-stay visa appointments through VFS Global for both the Netherlands and Denmark for the purpose of visiting friends. For approximately one week, I have been unable to access the appointment booking page due to what appears to be a system-related issue.

I use two separate VFS Global accounts, one for the Netherlands application and another for the Denmark application. The exact same problem occurs on both accounts. Immediately after logging in, the system automatically redirects me to an error page displaying the message “Session Expired or Invalid,” preventing me from reaching the appointment scheduling section. I have already tried multiple browsers, private/incognito mode, different devices, and different internet connections, but the issue remains unchanged.

More importantly, the “Contact Us” form on the error page is also not functioning. Even after filling out the form completely, it fails to submit successfully. As a result, I am unable to schedule an appointment and also unable to create a technical support request through the platform. All available communication channels appear to be blocked.

At a time when obtaining a visa appointment is already extremely difficult, these technical issues on VFS Global’s platform have completely halted my application process and are seriously affecting my travel plans. I have also attached a screenshot of the error as supporting evidence.

I request that VFS Global urgently investigate the access issues affecting both of my accounts, resolve the “Session Expired or Invalid” error, and repair the non-functioning contact form. I also ask that users be informed about the cause of the issue and provided with an estimated resolution timeline.

I expect this matter to be addressed as quickly as possible and request an urgent response regarding the status of the problem and the steps being taken to resolve it.
