VFS Global Login Error Blocks My Denmark Visa Appointment

I have been experiencing login issues for several days while trying to complete my Denmark visa process through the VFS Global website. Since Sunday, June 14, whenever I log in with my email address and password, the page initially appears to open, but immediately afterward I receive an error message stating either “session expired” or “invalid login.” When I try again, the same errors continue to appear, and after repeated attempts the system temporarily restricts the user.

During this process, I have attempted to log in at least 30 to 40 times. Today, I called VFS Global by phone and was advised to create a new user account with a different email address and try again. However, this also did not resolve the problem. I have also tried all basic troubleshooting steps, including changing browsers, clearing cookies, using different devices, and testing different internet connections, but the issue continues.

Because of this technical problem, I cannot schedule an appointment for my Denmark visa or submit my application. I already have flight tickets and hotel reservations. If I cannot complete my visa application on time, these reservations may become unusable, and I may suffer financial loss.

I request that VFS Global urgently resolve the technical issue affecting my account and provide immediate assistance in creating a visa appointment for Denmark. This problem is preventing me from completing an essential travel process, and I expect prompt support before my travel plans and payments are negatively affected.
